Tanggung Jawab
- Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems and components in accordance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures to minimize downtime and production loss.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation using CAD software.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and prepare technical reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material properties.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
