Are you a dedicated Mechanical Engineer seeking an opportunity to excel in commercial fit-out projects? JE Human Resources is pleased to partner with a premier one-stop solutions provider for commercial office fit-outs. They are currently expanding their team and are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer (ACMV) to drive technical excellence and innovation.
In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering high-quality Air Conditioning, Mechanical, and Ventilation (ACMV) systems. You will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure that every fit-out project meets the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and design aesthetics. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and manage the technical aspects of Air Conditioning, Mechanical, and Ventilation (ACMV) systems for commercial office fit-out projects.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Conduct site inspections and supervision to ensure construction activities comply with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and structural engineers, to develop integrated MEP solutions.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to address technical queries, resolve design conflicts, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Ensure all mechanical works adhere to relevant local regulations and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial fit-out or MEP engineering projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore BCA codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
