Join a leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (M&E) contractor as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) and HVAC systems. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $4,500 – $6,500 SGD per month and requires a 5-day work week. You'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing climate control solutions for diverse commercial and industrial projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure energy-efficient systems meet regulatory standards and client specifications. This role combines technical expertise with project management responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop ACMV/HVAC systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and load calculation software
- Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation
- Conduct site inspections and supervise installation/commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's BC regulations and green building standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement engineering solutions
- Prepare energy efficiency reports and sustainability recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of ACMV/HVAC design experience in M&E contracting
- Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Trace 700)
- Singapore BC (Building Construction) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of local codes and sustainability standards
- Experience in commercial/industrial project delivery
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
