Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize ACMV/HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects
- Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and installation documentation
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects and contractors for integrated building solutions
- Monitor system performance and implement energy efficiency improvements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Provide technical support during system commissioning and handover
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of ACMV/HVAC system design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM modeling software
- Familiarity with Singaporean building codes and green mark standards
- Strong analytical skills for system diagnostics and optimization
- Certification in HVAC design or energy management preferred
- Proven project management in M&E construction environments
