- Oversee and optimize mechanical assembly processes to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues arising during the production cycle and implement immediate corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine production workflows and reduce mechanical downtime.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of production machinery and assembly equipment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of production performance, technical specs, and assembly logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and quality management protocols.
- Assist in the prototyping and testing of new mechanical components before full-scale production.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
- Proficiency in mechanical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
