You will be trained by senior engineers and involved in the entire engineering lifecycle, from concept design using SolidWorks and AutoCAD to prototyping, testing, and site commissioning of automated equipment and robotic work cells.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and detail mechanical parts and assemblies for automated machines and robotic work cells using CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD).
- Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Perform feasibility studies to ensure design concepts meet project specifications, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with electrical, software, and controls engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Support prototype assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for component selection, procurement, and quality checks.
- Assist in site installation, commissioning, and handover of automated systems to clients.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design efficiency and standardization.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Entry level candidates / Fresh Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply (up to 1 year of experience).
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks is highly preferred; knowledge of AutoCAD is a bonus).
- Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals: mechanics of materials, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, practical approach to engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in industrial automation and robotics.
