Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop bus body structures and chassis components using advanced CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Conduct structural analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure vehicle durability and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the production and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot engineering issues and improve assembly processes.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and technical documentation.
- Participate in prototype testing and validation to verify design integrity before mass production.
- Ensure all designs adhere to relevant safety standards and industry regulations.
- Monitor project timelines and provide technical support throughout the product development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bus body manufacturing or heavy vehicle engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and welding techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid engineering certification or registration (if applicable) is a plus.
