Tanggung Jawab
- Utilize BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD) for mechanical system modeling and documentation
- Perform engineering calculations and computational design for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems
- Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for mechanical components
- Collaborate with architects and structural engineers for integrated design solutions
- Conduct clash detection and coordination between MEP systems
- Prepare engineering specifications and material takeoffs
- Analyze energy efficiency and sustainability parameters in designs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM and mechanical design
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE and Malaysian building codes
- Experience with computational design tools (e.g., Dynamo)
- Ability to perform engineering calculations for load analysis
- Certification in BIM management preferred
