In this role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end design and management of high-profile building services projects, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance.
As part of our dynamic engineering team, you will collaborate with architects, developers, and contractors to deliver innovative ACMV, fire protection, and plumbing solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design development for ACMV, fire protection, and public health (plumbing/sanitary) systems.
- Perform precise load calculations and equipment selection to meet client specifications and energy efficiency standards.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documentation, specifications, and project cost estimates.
- Manage authority submissions (BCA, SCDF, PUB) and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct rigorous site inspections, contractor reviews, and witness testing/commissioning procedures.
- Coordinate seamlessly with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve site issues and ensure project timelines are met.
- Provide technical guidance during the project lifecycle from conceptual design through to final handover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building services consultancy, specifically in ACMV and fire protection design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit software for engineering documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Standards (SS), Code of Practice (CP), and authority requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Professional accreditation or membership with recognized engineering bodies is a strong advantage.
