Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive mechanical building services systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing).
- Perform detailed technical calculations, equipment sizing, and energy modeling to meet project requirements.
- Prepare accurate technical drawings, specifications, and reports for submission and approval.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Support the project team in resolving technical challenges during the design and installation phases.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, authorities' requirements, and international standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in M&E consultancy or building services design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), or other relevant engineering design software.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes (SS) and BCA guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Experience in sustainable design practices or green building certifications (e.g., Green Mark) is highly advantageous.
