Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all mechanical installations comply with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external contractors to execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Analyze system performance data to identify inefficiencies and propose engineering solutions for improvement.
- Ensure all project documentation and maintenance reports are accurately updated and filed in accordance with company protocols.
- Troubleshoot mechanical system failures and implement rapid response measures to minimize operational downtime.
- Assist in the supervision of facility upgrade projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and budget constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building services, facility management, or a similar industrial/commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building management systems (BMS), and local safety regulations (e.g., SS/CP standards).
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced operational environment.
