Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the mechanical design and specification for large-scale data center projects, ensuring adherence to global standards.
- Perform complex thermal load calculations, CFD modeling, and cooling system optimization.
- Coordinate seamlessly with electrical, structural, and architectural teams to ensure integrated building performance.
- Oversee on-site technical coordination, ensuring installations meet design intent and safety regulations.
- Manage technical documentation, including schematics, material specifications, and design reports.
- Conduct site inspections and commissioning to ensure optimal performance of HVAC and mechanical plant equipment.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and ensure quality control across all project phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the design of data centers or high-complexity commercial buildings.
- Proficiency in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and energy modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of ASHRAE standards, Tier-level data center requirements, and local Singapore building codes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex mechanical engineering challenges.
- Professional Engineering (PE) qualification or working towards chartership is highly preferred.
