Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee the installation of HVAC, cooling systems, and fire suppression systems specifically tailored for high-density data centers.
- Conduct regular mechanical system audits and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Analyze performance data to identify cooling inefficiencies and implement energy-saving upgrades.
- Collaborate with electrical and structural engineering teams to integrate mechanical equipment within the facility.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure all mechanical contractors adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including SOPs for mechanical emergency responses.
- Monitor site progress and ensure all mechanical works are completed within budget and according to schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data center operations, building management systems (BMS), or heavy industrial mechanical engineering.
- Strong understanding of ASHRAE standards, cooling load calculations, and airflow management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant engineering design software.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Willingness to be based in Surabaya and travel to project sites as required.
