Tanggung Jawab
- Design mechanical systems for building services including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design implementation
- Analyze project requirements and develop cost-effective mechanical solutions
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, and documentation for projects
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, codes, and technologies
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during the implementation phase
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design for building services
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Malaysia
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and precision in technical work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
