Join Bridge Data Centres as a Mechanical Engineer (Facilities & Maintenance) and play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational excellence of our critical infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for mechanical systems including HVAC, chillers, and fire suppression equipment
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and ensure operational compliance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Oversee troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical failures with prompt corrective action
- Manage maintenance teams and contractors to ensure quality execution and adherence to safety protocols
- Document maintenance activities, prepare technical reports, and maintain asset management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance strategies with operational objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or mechanical engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, and data center infrastructure
- Certification in mechanical maintenance or facilities management (preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software and maintenance management systems
- Experience leading maintenance teams and contractors
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours as needed
