Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure efficient maintenance of production lines and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery, HVAC systems, and building utilities.
- Oversee facility management tasks, including building repairs, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure strict adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and industry regulations.
- Manage utility services such as water, electricity, and gas to minimize downtime and optimize costs.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement effective engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with production teams to align engineering support with operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management or utility engineering within the manufacturing/food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a technical team.
- In-depth knowledge of SHE regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and engineering software.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
