Environ Consulting Services (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our elite High-Rise & Complex Buildings team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the design and delivery of large-scale, iconic developments, ensuring that our mechanical systems meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the mechanical design process for high-rise and complex building projects from conception to completion.
- Perform detailed load calculations and equipment sizing for HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and structural teams to ensure integrated building design solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, reports, and tender documentation.
- Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical support during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Ensure all designs comply with local Malaysian building codes, international standards, and sustainability benchmarks (e.g., Green Building Index).
- Review and approve contractor submittals and shop drawings for technical accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building services design, specifically focusing on high-rise or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and mechanical calculation tools (HAP/Elite).
- Strong knowledge of local M&E regulations and Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL).
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Graduate Engineer status with BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
