Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute HVAC system layouts, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and controls engineers, to deliver integrated building solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, engineering drawings, and project documentation for stakeholders.
- Perform regular diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex mechanical equipment.
- Lead safety audits and ensure all engineering activities adhere to the highest workplace safety standards.
- Support project managers with cost estimation, material procurement, and scheduling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in HVAC system design and maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
- Deep understanding of ASHRAE standards and Singapore’s Building & Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
