Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed mechanical designs for HVAC, industrial refrigeration, and fire protection systems.
- Perform comprehensive cooling load calculations and energy demand analyses.
- Create accurate CAD drawings, layouts, and schematics according to project specifications.
- Ensure all mechanical systems comply with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with architectural and electrical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Prepare technical specifications, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates for project bidding.
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation quality and ensure adherence to approved design plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC and fire protection system design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM/Revit is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Mechanical Code and relevant fire safety standards (NFPA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
