Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive HVAC designs and mechanical layouts for commercial fit-out projects.
- Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and material take-offs to support project bidding and budget management.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal architectural teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervision to ensure work aligns with engineering drawings and safety protocols.
- Manage mechanical project documentation, including technical reports, progress logs, and compliance filings.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical challenges efficiently to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure all mechanical installations meet local building codes and client specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC Board Exam Passer).
- 2–3 years of proven experience in HVAC systems and commercial interior fit-outs.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and familiarity with BIM/Revit is highly desirable.
- Strong grasp of MEP coordination and deep understanding of building mechanical systems.
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly in estimation and cost management.
- Strong communication skills, capable of leading site teams and reporting to stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
