Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to validate designs.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance on mechanical systems.
- Oversee fabrication, assembly, and installation processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- For senior roles: mentor junior engineers, lead project phases, and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Junior level: No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Senior level: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS).
- Strong knowledge of engineering materials, manufacturing processes, and design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PE) are advantageous.
