Gloval Integrated Solutions and Technological Services is seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Alabang as a Leadman. In this role, you will be the bridge between technical planning and on-site execution, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems are installed and maintained to the highest industry standards.
As a key member of our operations team, you will coordinate closely with project engineers, on-site technicians, and management to ensure seamless project delivery. We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage preventive maintenance schedules (PMS) effectively, solve technical challenges on the fly, and ensure safety compliance across all job sites. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead on-site installation teams for mechanical, electrical, and fire protection projects.
- Coordinate and implement Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) to ensure system reliability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field technicians, project engineers, and senior management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and design specifications.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system failures and provide actionable solutions.
- Monitor resource allocation and materials to ensure projects stay within the timeline and budget.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and progress updates for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Leadman, Site Engineer, or in a similar supervisory role within the MEP industry.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and fire protection (MEP) systems installation and maintenance.
- Strong background in managing preventive maintenance programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure environments in Alabang or similar urban project settings.
