Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough technical design reviews for various mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform regular compliance checks to ensure all lift components meet Singapore's safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the long-term reliability of lift systems through proactive data analysis and field inspections.
- Execute quality assurance protocols on mechanical components to minimize downtime and enhance system safety.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide actionable engineering solutions to on-site technicians.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage system maintenance schedules and upgrade projects.
- Document technical findings and prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in mechanical system design, maintenance, or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of lift mechanical systems and local safety regulations (e.g., BCA requirements).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) for technical drawing and design analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for identifying technical malfunctions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating between technical teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
