Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site surveys and inspections of machinery breakdowns and general property damage.
- Analyze technical data and engineering reports to determine the cause and extent of loss.
- Prepare detailed and accurate loss adjustment reports for stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and contractors to facilitate claim resolution.
- Assess repair costs and negotiate settlements where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during inspections.
- Provide expert technical advice and recommendations regarding repair or replacement options.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster or Claims Adjuster specializing in machinery/engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Valid driving license (essential for site visits).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims efficiently.
