Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components for advanced medical devices ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Create detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings for manufacturing and prototyping.
- Perform structural and thermal analysis to ensure device reliability and safety under various operating conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electronics and software engineers, to integrate system hardware.
- Manage the prototyping phase, from rapid prototyping to full-scale engineering validation.
- Document engineering processes and maintain technical files in adherence to ISO 13485 or similar regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for design improvements and quality assurance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Licensed Professional Engineer preferred).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product design, specifically in medical devices or precision instrumentation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong understanding of mechanical materials, manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining, 3D printing), and GD&T.
- Familiarity with medical device regulatory standards and quality management systems (QMS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
