Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive on-site inspection and testing of industrial machinery and mechanical systems
- Analyze equipment performance data and prepare detailed technical reports with recommendations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve mechanical failures and optimize equipment performance
- Perform root cause analysis of mechanical defects and propose preventive maintenance strategies
- Travel to various industrial locations to execute inspection projects and site assessments
- Document findings using digital tools and maintain accurate inspection records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial equipment inspection/testing
- Proficiency in mechanical diagnostic tools and testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and failure modes
- Certification in non-destructive testing (NDT) is highly advantageous
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent travel
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
