Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of palm oil mill machinery, including sterilizers, digesters, and oil presses.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults and electrical issues in real-time.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and company standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize production schedules and workflow efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintenance logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the Palm Oil, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Engineer’s license (if applicable in Malaysia).
