Tanggung Jawab
- Design, select, and install industrial pump systems tailored to specific client or project requirements.
- Perform regular preventative and predictive maintenance on centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical failures, diagnose root causes, and execute effective repair solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, maintenance logs, and project documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to provide technical support for pump selection and application.
- Ensure all mechanical works comply with Indonesian health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in pump maintenance, fluid handling, or rotating equipment.
- Deep understanding of pump hydraulics, seal systems, and piping schematics.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on mechanical efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
