Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) for TTSH Medical Tower development
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Construction Authority (BCA) codes and healthcare facility standards
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors during construction phase
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues proactively
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Optimize system designs for energy efficiency and lifecycle cost
- Manage project timelines and mechanical engineering deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years (Engineer) or 5-8 years (Senior Engineer) relevant experience
- Professional registration with Singapore Board of Engineers (PE) preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and energy modeling software
- Experience in healthcare facility mechanical systems design
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building regulations and codes
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
