Are you a hands-on Mechanical Engineer looking for a stable opportunity in a fast-paced production environment? Superpet Plastic Pte Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our facility located in Tuas. This role is ideal for technical professionals who thrive in maintenance and machine operation settings.
We are conveniently located near the Tuas Checkpoint, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates residing in Singapore or those commuting via motorcycle from Malaysia. We offer a structured work environment with a 12-hour shift pattern (5-6 days per week). Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct immediate troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Supervise machine operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report equipment status to the engineering supervisor.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or facility upgrades.
- Implement safety measures to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven work experience in mechanical maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and factory operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle heavy-duty machinery.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
- Willingness to commit to a 12-hour shift schedule (5-6 days per week).
- Own transport (motorcycle) is highly preferred given the Tuas location and proximity to the checkpoint.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
