Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components using advanced CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Conduct thorough site inspections and analyze mechanical failures to recommend effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project specifications, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for industrial equipment to minimize downtime.
- Perform stress analysis and material testing to ensure product durability and safety compliance.
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff on engineering best practices and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or maintenance.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mechanical principles.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
