Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement mechanical maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock
- Create and maintain production plans that align with company goals and customer demands
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on production metrics, equipment performance, and inventory status
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering and production planning
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning techniques
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
