Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with production schedules and budget constraints
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in executing maintenance, repair, and equipment optimization activities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement engineering improvements
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for operational efficiency enhancements
- Manage engineering documentation, including schematics, maintenance logs, and technical specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, HVAC systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Certification in maintenance management or Six Sigma preferred
- Experience in food processing or manufacturing environments highly advantageous
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage engineering projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
