Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily mechanical operations and provide technical guidance to the production and maintenance teams.
- Assist the Head of Department in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve mechanical issues and optimize operational workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure operational integrity and compliance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on performance metrics, maintenance activities, and resource requirements.
- Support the training and development of junior mechanical staff to enhance team capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using CAD software or relevant maintenance management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage team dynamics effectively.
- Willingness to be based in Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat.
