Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily maintenance engineering operations to ensure maximum machine uptime.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing technical guidance and performance supervision.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute engineering projects and facility improvements.
- Utilize CAD software to design, modify, and improve mechanical parts and assembly layouts.
- Perform root-cause analysis on technical malfunctions and implement long-term corrective solutions.
- Ensure all engineering practices comply with safety standards, quality control protocols, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is required.
- Deep understanding of maintenance management systems and industrial machinery operations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
