We are seeking a responsible and experienced Mechanical Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical maintenance activities to ensure the seamless operation of our building and facilities. You will act as the key point of contact for all technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for our operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management and mechanical engineering. You will oversee the maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, and general building infrastructure. Your role will involve conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, and collaborating with external vendors to execute necessary repairs. We are looking for a proactive professional who can maintain high standards of safety and compliance while delivering exceptional service to our organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and routine servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and work orders using building management systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and implement immediate solutions to restore operations.
- Prepare and manage the mechanical maintenance budget and monitor operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar Mechanical Executive or Facilities Management role.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and HVAC operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management software.
