Tanggung Jawab
- Lead planned maintenance activities for printing/laminating/slitting production lines
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Provide technical expertise for complex mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
- Mentor and supervise maintenance teams to ensure safety compliance
- Optimize equipment performance through continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation systems
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical bottlenecks
- Stay updated on industry best practices in mechanical maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial maintenance engineering
- Expertise in printing/laminating/slitting machinery maintenance
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (SAP, CMMS)
- Problem-solving skills for complex mechanical failures
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
- Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs
