Svanehøj is a world-leading designer and manufacturer of specialized pump systems for the global marine and energy industries. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join our professional regional service team in Singapore. In this role, you will be the frontline technical expert, ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of our advanced marine pump systems, including deepwell cargo pumps and cryogenic fuel systems on board vessels and offshore platforms.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and overhaul of Svanehøj marine pump systems and cryogenic cargo equipment.
- Perform structural and mechanical alignments, laser measurements, and vibration analysis on rotating machinery.
- Provide technical training and operational guidance to ship crews, superintendents, and shipyard personnel.
- Conduct detailed inspections and prepare comprehensive service and root-cause analysis reports after each site visit.
- Liaise with international technical support teams to resolve complex engineering challenges and improve system design.
- Ensure strict adherence to marine safety regulations, QA/QC standards, and company HSE policies during all field operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on field service experience working with marine centrifugal pumps, deepwell pumps, or cargo handling systems.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and P&ID diagrams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel offshore and globally on short notice to support international maritime operations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under high-pressure shipyard and maritime environments.
