Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical facilities
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations, energy analysis, and system performance modeling
- Prepare technical specifications, design drawings, and engineering documentation
- Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance checks on HVAC designs and calculations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams including architects, electrical engineers, and project managers
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, ASHRAE standards, and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and recommend energy-efficient equipment and sustainable design solutions
- Provide technical guidance during construction phases and support commissioning activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC system design for commercial or industrial projects
- Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and load calculation tools
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards, building codes, and energy codes
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is advantageous
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
