Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the mechanical maintenance team.
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Analyze mechanical failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Manage maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with factory safety protocols.
- Document maintenance logs, repair reports, and spare parts inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with the production department to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential equipment malfunctions before they occur.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Must be willing to be based in Surabaya and work flexible shifts as required.
