Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate a team of mechanics in daily maintenance operations
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Diagnose complex mechanical failures and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience leading or coordinating technical teams
- Familiarity with maintenance management software
- Problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
