- Oversee maintenance and optimization of mechanical systems in specialty chemical manufacturing facilities
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment

- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve operational issues and implement solutions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical operations within chemical manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, HVAC systems, and rotating equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software and maintenance management systems
