Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on critical mechanical equipment, including pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, blowers, and compressors.
- Monitor and service hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and execute timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Document maintenance activities, machine logs, and inspection reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify recurring equipment issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety standards and OHS protocols.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and tool inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Operator or Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced operational schedule.
