PT Russindo Rekayasa Pranata is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Piping Engineer to join our dynamic team for a prominent pipeline construction project in Bengkalis, Riau. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive mechanical piping design plans, including P&ID, isometrics, and layout drawings.
- Supervise site installation activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and international engineering codes (e.g., ASME, API).
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections on piping materials, welding, and pressure testing processes.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks during the construction phase to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other engineering disciplines.
- Monitor and report on project progress, resource allocation, and material usage to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols across all piping construction zones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in industrial piping construction, preferably in oil & gas or large-scale utility projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, CADWorx, or similar piping design software.
- In-depth knowledge of international piping standards such as ASME B31.3 and ASME B31.4.
- Proven ability to manage technical documentation, including material take-offs (MTO) and as-built drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors on-site.
- Willingness to be stationed in Bengkalis, Riau, and adapt to site-specific conditions.
