Join OCS as a Mechanical Planner in our Facilities Management division and play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence. This specialized position requires deep expertise in centralized air conditioning systems, with a strong focus on developing preventive maintenance strategies that optimize system performance and longevity. You'll be instrumental in upholding rigorous safety and quality standards across all mechanical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while minimizing operational disruptions.
As part of our dynamic RME team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement data-driven maintenance schedules, conduct system diagnostics, and identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with proactive planning capabilities to deliver reliable, cost-effective facilities management solutions.

- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for centralized HVAC systems
- Monitor system performance metrics and optimize maintenance schedules for maximum efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality management standards
- Coordinate with technical teams to execute maintenance activities and resolve equipment issues
- Prepare detailed maintenance documentation and performance reports
- Analyze operational data to recommend system improvements and cost-saving measures
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes for mechanical systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management with HVAC specialization
- Proven expertise in centralized air conditioning system maintenance planning
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office applications
- Certification in HVAC systems or facilities management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in team environments
