We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical & Plumbing Supervisor to ensure the seamless operation of our commercial assets in Balikpapan. You will play a crucial role in the success of our mall and properties by maintaining high standards of facility management.
In this role, you will be the technical lead responsible for the upkeep of all mechanical and plumbing infrastructure. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, oversee complex repair projects, and implement preventive maintenance strategies to extend the lifespan of our assets. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the daily operations of the mechanical and plumbing maintenance team to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, piping networks, and drainage to prevent failures.
- Manage inventory, including the procurement and monitoring of spare parts and materials, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and service complaints to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and local building codes.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and system upgrades.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and budget estimates for departmental needs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC, firefighting systems, and building management.
- Valid Professional Engineer (SIP) license is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
