In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering solutions and our clients' business needs, acting as the primary technical advisor during the sales cycle.
As our Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting technical demonstrations, preparing detailed proposals, and providing expert consultation to ensure our clients receive the best energy-efficient mechanical solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide tailor-made mechanical engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate technical proposals, specifications, and project quotations.
- Conduct site visits to perform technical assessments and gather project-specific data.
- Provide technical support during the bidding process and handle complex client inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, energy regulations, and competitor product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or project engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, energy solutions, or industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technical software like AutoCAD or similar design tools.
