Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of mechanical engineering projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless project alignment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with safety regulations and engineering codes.
- Manage comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and technical correspondence.
- Identify potential technical challenges early in the project lifecycle and propose effective engineering solutions.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the client’s expectations and company benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in project engineering or a similar technical role (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in industry-standard engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, or manufacturing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a distinct advantage.
