Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end mechanical engineering projects with strategic oversight and governance
- Design, develop, and validate mechanical systems using CAD and simulation tools
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration
- Implement quality control measures and compliance with industry standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for mechanical projects

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical project management
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering tools
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional environments
