Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and equipment for production facilities
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and reports
- Ensure all mechanical systems comply with safety and environmental regulations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
- Train maintenance staff on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in palm oil processing plants
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
